Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, followed by residency in General and Digestive Surgery. Earned a PhD in Medicine in 2013. Fellow of the European Board of Coloproctology since 2017. Associate Professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Dr. Marinello has supervised undergraduate and PhD projects and has served as a resident tutor. With several awards to his credit, he is an active member of several prestigious scientific societies, and currently serves as secretary of the executive board of the Spanish Association of Coloproctology. He has also participated in multiple coordinated multicenter research projects.
