Advanced tumors – neoadjuvant treatment options, indications and contraindications
Assessment of response to treatment

T4b: role of MRI in planning multivisceral resection (including lower rectum)
Systemic staging in high-risk tumors. Risk of local recurrence and metastatic disease

Near complete response, management and assessment of response with discrepancy between MRI and endoscopy
