ROCCO RICCIARDI

Rocco Ricciardi, MD, MPH is Chief of the Section of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed his colorectal surgery fellowship and Masters in Public Health at the University of Minnesota. He has served on the faulty of the University of Minnesota and the Lahey Clinic developing expertise in laparoscopy, robotics, endoscopy, and complex reoperative pelvic surgery. Dr. Ricciardi is a health services researcher with expertise in surgical quality, outcomes reporting, process improvement, and value of care. He currently serves as the State Cancer Chair for Massachusetts and Mass General Brigham Endowed Cancer Chair XIX.
